Our Management Team
General Manager – Glen Tomlinson
Glen joined Toyota Fleet Management in September 2006. Following various roles across the business he was appointed General Manager in February 2019. Glen brings 25 years of solid industry experience to TFM and is passionate about embedding the Toyota Kaizen continuous improvement methodology to improve the quality of our products and services. Glen is a qualified motor mechanic with Bachelor degrees in Finance and Law.
Head of Salary Packaging – Gavin Jackson
Gavin joined Toyota Fleet Management in March 2004 and led our National Sales team from 2013 until his recent appointment to Head of Salary Packaging. With a Bachelor’s degree in business management and 25 years’ fleet industry experience, Gavin is passionate about building strong and enduring relationships and developing young people into tomorrow’s leaders.
Head of Product & Strategy – James Bridekirk
James Bridekirk has been in fleet his entire career, joining Toyota Fleet Management as a relationship manager in 2006. Now Head of Product and Strategy, James is responsible for our products, customer research and market intelligence, with a strong focus on the future of data, insights, and connected mobility. He has a clear focus on providing services to customers that deliver value and efficiency through a highly effective and engaged team.
