Need help with car servicing, car repairs or vehicle maintenance?

Simply contact your nearest vehicle manufacturers approved dealership to book your company vehicle maintenance, service or repair. When making your booking please advise the dealership that your vehicle is managed by Toyota Fleet Management. The repairer will contact the TFM Repair Authorisation Centre to obtain approval to work on your vehicle.

Tyre Replacement

When your vehicle needs replacement tyres, flat tyre repairs, or wheel alignment,please take your vehicle to one of our approved tyre outlets.The tyre outlet willneed to obtain approval from the TFM Repair Authorisation Centre on 1300 888 871. We recommend that any replacement tyres fitted should be the same make and specification as those fitted by the manufacturer to the vehicle.

Roadside Assistance – breakdowns, batteries & windscreens

Do you need a car battery replacement? Have you got a broken windscreen? These things happen. If you have had a breakdown or an accident and need assistance, call the TFM Roadside Assistance team.

Fuel card provided by TFM

If you have a Fuel Card provided by TFM with your vehicle you are required to provide the odometer reading every time you fill up at the service station. This helps us to provide accurate fuel reporting. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact your company fleet administrator or call Toyota Fleet Management directly on 1300 888 870 to organise a replacement.
