Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) is committed to assisting our customers, especially during a crisis. We understand that in this challenging and evolving environment, personal circumstances are changing rapidly and you may need our help.

 

We’re here to provide relief if you are unable to make your novated lease repayments and have developed the guidelines below to simplify the process and get you the support you need.

Unforeseen circumstances can affect your financial situation. TFM would like to reassure all employers and employees experiencing financial difficulty that we are here to help. We understand that everyone has their own unique circumstances and we will work with you to tailor a solution.

To ensure we can offer assistance in a timely and effective way, we ask that you contact your Relationship Manager. 

When your staff find themselves in financial difficulty, we are willing to provide assistance to them. Please refer to our Relief Application Form to assist your employees in the event that they should need it.

What if I am experiencing financial difficulty and I have a novated lease?

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please complete the Novated Relief Application. Attach it, along with the supporting documents and e-mail to spsupport@tfal.com.au 

Our dedicated team will take the time to understand your individual situation, and provide you with the most supportive options to get you back on track.
